CORALIE HAMON Coralie's journey of life began in St. John, New Brunswick, in April of 1922. She met and married Robert James Hamon. Together their experiences took them to Ontario and Saskatchewan until finally settling in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She and Bob raised their family there. After 92 years of life, Coralie lay down on August 8, 2014, and quietly and peacefully passed on at home. She will be fondly remembered by all of those who knew her. Coralie is survived by son Steve Ash-Hamon and wife Phyllis; sisters Natalie McLaren and Rosalie Russell and husband Jimmy; brother Frank Harris; grandmother of Joshua McKenzie and Tia Ross; great-grandmother of Mya, Isaiah, Benjamin and Isabelle, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Robert J. Hamon, daughter Janice K. Hamon and grandson James R. Hamon. The family would like to thank all of the health care professionals from the Victoria Hospital and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Home Care Program that have provided help and assistance to Coralie. You all made a difference to her quality of life. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 14, at St. Bartholomew's Anglican Church, 881 Autumnwood Drive.
