He is greatly missed at 50 Oddy St. in the short space of time he made so many friends, a kind and gentle man who made everyone feel special. I first met him at the Centre on William. He had a great smile that lit up his eyes, just an all around nice guy happy to have known him, sad that he left us too early. See you on the 23rd. My thoughts are with the family. The person passes on but the fond memories never leave us. May time heal the pain of loss and replace it with thoughts of all of happy times shared. - Posted by: Denise Usmani (Friend) on: Aug 18, 2014

I will always remember Uncle Helgi as a kind Hard working Uncle. On several occasions, he gave his holidays up to help us on the farm. From hauling bales to picking stones and fencing, he was always willing to help. He loved to laugh and always tried to get a smile out of you in any way he could. Hopefully him and my dad Joe are having a game of crib up in the heavens as we speak. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. "You made the world a better place my friend". ..Perry - Posted by: Perry Borowski (My Uncle) on: Aug 18, 2014
