ALLEN YUZWAK February 15, 1948 - August 20, 2014 Peacefully at home with his wife by his side Allen Yuzwak passed away after a brief but brave battle with cancer. Anyone who knew him will not be surprised that he had taken the time to write his own obituary.... Allen Yuzwak was born in Winnipeg MB the second son of John and Nettie Yuzwak. He grew up on Maryland Street and attended Wellington School, General Wolfe Junior High, Daniel MacIntyre High and eventually The University of Winnipeg from which he graduated in 1969. He moved to Ottawa where he began a 20 year career in human resources with the Government of Canada. He then moved to the private sector where he started two successful personnel agencies which he sold and spent the rest of his working career consulting in human resources to Ottawa government departments and agencies. Throughout his life Al was close to many friends and associates who will miss his charm and sense of humour. He will be sadly missed by the love of his life his wife Naomi Fudemoto. He is survived by immediate relatives in Winnipeg - his brother Edward, nephew Grant and his wife Mary with whom he wintered in Arizona and their son Kevin. His warm and loving extended family includes Frances Johnson, Matthew and Emma Fudemoto. His parting words, "Thanks everyone, it was an incredible ride". As per his wishes no service will be held.
