  • I knew Grant a lifetime ago. My thoughts and prayers are with his three grown children, Kim, Brent and Lisa. I hope your good memories of your Dad will help ease your pain. - Posted by: Linda Irwin (former sister-in-law) on: Sep 07, 2014

  • We also met in Germany and remember going to your Wedding to my Sister. We were all very young, our Future lay ahead of us and we had a lot of Fun together. We baby sat your first Daughter Kim in that little House in Huegelsheim.. Throughout the years we visited every place you were posted to, met the new additions to the Family, Brent and finally Lisa. Life has had it's ups and downs and we lost touch over the years, but are glad for the GOOD Memories. Rest in Peace ! - Posted by: Elaine Moser (Sister in Law) on: Sep 07, 2014

  • We met a Lifetime ago in Germany....and became fast friends. We met our Future Wife's together at the same time at the same Dance Hall in Rastatt. You got married first, had a your first Child, a beautiful Daughter. You were a doting Dad and I watched you take your Life in new Directions. From Airman to Major, you rose through the ranks. As often happens in Life, we lost touch, your Life and Family took you in one Direction, mine in another. We would meet from time to time over the years , for Family Occasions, Births of your Children, Weddings etc. It was hard to hear that you were afflicted by Cancer, but you lived a full Life and always knew the risks. You fought it valiantly until you could no more. Farewell old Friend, we will forever be tied to each other through Family and Memories. Have a brewskie on me on the other side, as we used to say..EIN PROSIT !! - Posted by: Peter Moser (Friend) on: Sep 07, 2014
