STEVE D. HOULE September 13, 2012 To Daddy, If roses grow in Heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me, Place them in my Daddy's arms And tell him they're from me, And when he turns to smile, Place a kiss upon his cheek And hold him for awhile Because remembering him is easy, I do it every day. Love your little Monster, Karen Two years ago, the angels came for Steve and it really wasn't fair. It broke our hearts to lose you, But you did not go alone A part of us went with you The day the angels took you home. A million times we've thought of you A million times we've cried, If loving could have saved you You would have never died. Things will get better, we've been told many times, But "different" is the status for those left behind. Time can't heal all wounds nor break all bonds, Can it be true what they say, that life goes on? But there's an ache in our hearts That will never go away. Always remembered and never forgotten, Love Mom and Dad
