HOWARD DOUGLAS WARDELL Howard Douglas Wardell passed away peacefully surrounded by all those who loved him deeply on September 12, 2014 at the age of 70 years. God saw Douglas getting tired When a cure was not to be, So He put His arms around him. And whispered "Come with Me." He put him in His garden, And laid him there to rest; God's garden must be beautiful, For He only takes the best. Douglas is survived by his loving family; wife, Karen Yip-Wardell; daughter, Kelly Jacobs of Sherwood Park; son, Ryan Wardell of Edmonton and their spouses; four grandchildren; brother, Robert of Edmonton; sisters, Patsy Gibson of Burlington, ON and Lorna Delorme of Airdrie, AB and their spouses and families. Funeral Service Saturday, September 27 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 111 Avenue, Edmonton with Reverend Hayes Cheuk officiating.
