VICTORIA CIELEN A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive Secondary School, September 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., 221 Mercy Street, Selkirk, MB Education has been Vicki's life. Our youth are the leaders of tomorrow; our future...and the future looks bright. Educating our youth was her top priority. In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made to the Vicki Cielen Scholarship Fund (c/o LSSD, 205 Mercy Street, Selkirk, MB R1A 2C8), the McConnell Dance School or Orlan Ukrainian Dance Group.
