JENNIE KUBARA (KALEKA)

JENNIE KUBARA (nee KALEKA) Jennie's heart chose to stop on September 24, 2014 at the age of 82. She is survived by her husband Edward; daughter Elaine; brother John (Norma) of Cochrane, Alberta; sister-in-law Emilee Rose; also numerous nieces and nephews. Jennie was predeceased by her parents Andrew and Mary, as well as many in-laws. She was born in Winnipeg on November 14, 1931 and resided here all of her life except for a few years, where Jennie and her family resided in Calgary, Alberta. Jennie was employed at Northern Assurance Co, Transair, and PWA in the purchasing department. She spent her time crafting, gardening, looking after her mother, and travelling to far off places. We would like to thank the health care providers who attended to mom's needs; Sean, Kelly, Joenamy, and Donna. To respect Jennie's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will not be a formal service. Interment will be held at a later date. Flowers are gratefully declined.
