Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVID CRAIG BRIGHT JR. December 6, 1960 - September 22, 2014 It is with saddened hearts that the family announces the passing of David at the age of 53. David was predeceased by his father David Sr., and nephew Corey. He leaves behind his mother Stella, sisters Kim (Arthur) and Darlene (Roy) and brother Ken (Rachel). He will be greatly missed by his nephews and nieces; Shawn, Anthony and Stefanie and Alexis and Cameron. He tremendously enjoyed being involved in their activities. Whatever they needed Uncle Dave was there, from driving them to their sporting events to cheering loudly at dance recitals. He was very proud of them and they loved him immensely. A private family service has taken place. If friends so desire donations may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation. Gone too soon, forever in our hearts

I will remember Dave from my years at Superstore as a great guy with an amazing sense of humour. He was a real Mensch. The late-night shifts seems to fly by when Dave was there, they were actually enjoyable. He treated everyone fairly and respectfully no matter his position in the company, he was still one of the guys. My deepest sympathies go out to his family. - Posted by: Ron Hiller (co-worker) on: Oct 02, 2014

I spent many years working with Dave at Superstore. Dave was quite the character, always ready with a joke even during the dreaded midnight shifts. He always put other people first and treated all with respect. Condolences to the family. - Posted by: Bryan Mansky (co-worker) on: Oct 02, 2014

I worked with Dave at Superstore, he was a stand up guy, and was a very hard worker. It was a challenge keeping up with his pace at putting out stock, he was very fast. You always knew where you stood with him, whether he was your co-worker or as a Lead-man or as Supervisor. He was always fair and had a good sense of humor. My condolences to all. - Posted by: Carl Lotz (co-worker) on: Oct 02, 2014

Hello to all..... just a note of condolence to all of you. David played a big part in my childhood. From water fights across the street with hoses to football games in the park. What a great friend. As children, we never realize the effect that someone has on you. David always had a hug for me, as well as great words. Never overpowered us as girls when we played tackle football. As we lost touch as adults and met up again there were the big hugs. I will miss him deep in my heart and soul. Love to you all. I worked with Dave on and off for the past 30 years. Always a hard worker and dedicated employee of Westfair Foods(SUPERSTORE). I appreciated him as my BOSS, because he HAD walked the walk, so he deserved to be able to talk the talk. Gone but *NOT* forgotten. ~DOUG - Posted by: Doug Hutsel (co-worker) on: Sep 27, 2014
