Henri Nouwen In his 89th year, surrounded by his loved ones, Hans Frederich Theodor did exactly that as he looked at each of us around the hospital room and said, "I love you all." During the late evening of Wednesday, September 24, 2014, Hans passed gently from this world into Heaven, leaving his family saddened yet with grateful hearts in having been so anointed by their father and opa. Cherishing his memory, he leaves to mourn his children Doris (Jean), Juergen (Janni), and Lynn (Jerry); his grandchildren Chris (Tara), Cathy (Dave), Carolyn (Wally), Caryn (Jon), Michael (Janis), Sarah, Jeremy (Sam), Jason, and Nathan (Amber), as well as eight great-grandchildren. Dad was predeceased by his wife Lieselotte in 1998, and we're sure that Heaven holds a brighter spark now they've been reunited. A memorial coffee time will be held for Hans on Monday, October 6, 2014 at Albright Church (3400 DeVries Avenue) between the hours of 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you spend time with someone who needs loving.
