Condolences & Memories (8 entries)

  • My sincere condolences to Yvonne's family on her passing. The parish won't be the same without her and I know Christopher and I will miss all the hugs and especially the prayers she said for us. May she rest in peace now that she is pain free. We will miss her kind and generous soul. - Posted by: Terri Scott (Friend) on: Oct 25, 2014

  • Heaven has gained a wonderful angel, it is such a sad loss for us here but now we know that Yvonne is pain free in heaven watching over us all. She was always loving and caring to everyone she met, she will definitely be missed by our family and especially by her CWL sisters. - Posted by: Karen Thuen-Hansen () on: Oct 23, 2014

  • Heaven just got a whole lot richer! Yvonne is home now. I know that this is where she belongs. It hurts for us right now, but knowing that her pain is gone and she is in Jesus' warm embrace makes me feel better. Perhaps she is sitting in a rocking chair, looking down on her family with a great big smile. - Posted by: Diane Brine () on: Oct 20, 2014

  • I'm sorry for your loss. May you take comfort in knowing she is now free for pain and suffering. God has called her home and she is singing with the angels. I will always remember Yvonne for all the hugs she has given me and many other parishioner of Ste. Marguerite Bouregois Chapel in Winnipeg. No matter how rough things got she would always have a smile and hug for someone in need of one. May she rest in peace. - Posted by: Grace Bernard (Friend) on: Oct 18, 2014

  • Dear family, I know this is a very sad, hard time for you all. I know you all loved her very much. I'm truly going to miss Claire and all our talks. I know that she is with God in heaven and I'd love to share with you the scripture from REVELATIONS:21, 1-27 it describes what heaven is like and it's one of my favorites when I think of Claire I smile knowing she is there. - Posted by: sherry (friend) on: Oct 17, 2014
