MADELEINE FOIDART (nee ALLARD) Madeleine Foidart peacefully passed away on October 16, 2014 at Ste. Anne Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 69 years Marcel, her children Edwin (friend Elaine), Denis (Lise), grandchildren and great-grandchildren David (Tanya), Yvonne (Kelly), Leah Kate, Jeanette (Maurice) José, Louise Emile, Andrea (Mike), Ally, Nathen, Christian (Jacqueline), Kapri, Maya, brother Martial (Mars) (Michelle), sister Inez, and sister-in-law Julie. She was predeceased by her son Wayne, granddaughter Natalie, siblings Aime (Adrienne), Adrian (Seraphine nee Foidart), Doric (Isabelle), sister Julienne (Osu), Freda (Bernard), brother-in-law and sister-in-law Paul (Martha), Simon (Anna), Adolphe and Simon Duguay. Madeleine was passionate about family and friends, and enjoyed gatherings big and small. She loved to cook, sew and enjoyed spending time and playing cards with family and friends, including play time with grand and great- grandchildren. Madeliene had a strong faith and devoted her time to St. Eugene Catholic Church. No one could make you feel as comfortable as she could with a cup of tea, cookies and a quilt. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Eugene Church, 1007 St. Mary's Road, Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200-6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6 or to a charity of your choice.
