CLEMENTINA JACOB May 31, 1941 - October 12, 2014 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Clementina Jacob at the age of 73, on the morning of Sunday, October 12, 2014. Clementina was born in St. Andrews and was happily married to Leopold Jacob who passed three years prior. She is survived by her five siblings: sisters Isabelle, Lou and Millie (Lorne) and brothers Robert (Olive) and Laurence. Clementina will be dearly missed by her surviving children; Bertha (Steve), Rose, Ken (Diane), Melvin and Leo. She will be welcomed into heaven by mother Mildred and father John and deceased relatives; Linda, Chris and Donald. Clementina will be fondly remembered by her other family members including her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She took pride in her strength as a devoted mother and wife and her commitment to her family. She was happily married to Leopold for 53 years. In her younger years she enjoyed playing Bingo and actively participated in a bowling league with her friends Emily and Luke. Clementina lived her life guided by her heart, she was compassionate to everyone around her and this quality will remain in the memories of all who survive her. Please join our family in commemorating Clementina's life on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Bardal Funeral Home & Crematorium, 843 Sherbrook Street. There will be a viewing at 9:00 a.m. and a service to follow.
