Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAUDREY MARTIN (nee KESTIRKE) Peacefully on Monday, October 20, 2014 Audrey Martin passed away at Health Science Centre after years of ill health. Audrey was predeceased by her parents; step father Bill Rawn; brothers, Bob, Allan and Garry; sons, Robert Rosenberger and Paul Heal. She is survived by her daughters Novaley Martin and Camille Pokrant (Barry), grandchildren Matthew and Brittney; sisters, Della Burton (Gary), Pauline Thiessen (Cornie), Barbara Klassen (Jake), Janet Montgomery (John), Doris Myers (Keith); brother Fred Kestirke (Elaine); sisters-in-law Mae Kestirke, Rose Morrow (Hugh) and; Lesley Kestirke (Russell) aunts Pearl Homick and Ruth Haines; uncle Hank Hildebrandt, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Audrey was born on June 23, 1941 to Charles and Annie Kestirke and was raised on the family farm at Miami, MB. In 1953 she contracted polio which left her with a disability which would come to define her. Audrey took on many domestic duties/positions throughout her life including terms at Misericordia and Deer Lodge Hospitals. She volunteered with several organizations as well as Tenant Associations. She enjoyed reading, Bingo, listening to old time music, and watching police/crime shows. She always looked forward to family get-togethers where she would catch up on everyone's busy lives. The family would like to thank the staff at HSC for all the care and compassion given to Audrey over the years; Darlene at Villa Heidelberg and Ruth-Anne at Home Care for their patience, understanding and care. In keeping with Audrey's wishes a private family service will be held. Interment will follow in Miami Cemetery. Bardal Funeral Home 204-774-7474 Condolences: www. bardal.ca

Rest in Peace! Dear Audrey. Your life was filled with many trials. You faced them with strength and courage. You were always so thankful for anything anybody did for you.
