HELEN ROSE HAYDEN (nee OZUK) 1923 - 2014 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mom, the world's best grandma and great-grandma Helen Hayden, on Tuesday October 28, 2014. She passed peacefully in her home which was her wish. She was a kind, loving, generous woman who had a great sense of humor who will be dearly missed. She was predeceased by her parents, 11 siblings and husband Sam. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Les (Diane); daughter Paulette (Dave); honorary son Terry; grandchildren, who were the pride of her life, Ryan (Belinda), Meghan (Adam), Quinn, Justin and Brittney; great- grandchildren, who were the great joy of her life, Aubrey, Madelyn, Levi and Isaac, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many good friends. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to any charity that benefits children or the Winnipeg Humane Society. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held. Interment will take place in Ledwyn, Manitoba at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday November 5, 2014, followed by a gathering at Arborg Legion. Rest in peace.   • I am sorry that I could not attend the gathering at Ledwyn...I had many visits with your Mom over the years, bringing her the Home Ins policy and having a coffee with her (and the Carnation milk) we had many good talks about Ledwyn and the people of the area...she was always so interesting.   • We miss Mrs Hayden so much and feel so sad. She was a true friend and Neighbour for so many years. She always gave us very good advice from her heart like my mother did.
