This is for the grandson of Mr. Isfeld I met while shopping at the Dollar Store on McPhillips St., Nov. 12th. I don't know his name but he's 9 years old and I briefly spoke with his mother at that time. My heart goes out to you over the loss of your grandfather and I hope you can take some comfort from the fact that you were able to help him by preparing meals and spending valuable time with him. There is no doubt that he so appreciated your care and that he loved you very much. You are a fine boy. Sincerely, Ann - Posted by: Ann Kozlowski (Stranger) on: Nov 13, 2014

I will always remember what a kind and loving person my Uncle John was. My mom would say what a perfect big brother he was, always looking out for his younger sisters and brothers. His gentle spirit will be missed. Love, Karen - Posted by: Karen Swart (Niece) on: Nov 08, 2014

I remember my brother John very well. He took over the role of big brother after we lost Alec in WW2. John looked after four sisters, including me, and took such good care of us, a task which required a lot of patience. He was a very compassionate, thoughtful and gracious brother. I loved my brother John and will miss him; I hope he is with Alec. I send my love to his family. - Posted by: Anna Russell (Sister) on: Nov 08, 2014
