Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLINDA MARIE POSTMA April 27, 1955 - November 28, 2014 It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our loving mother, Linda Postma, on November 28, 2014, at the age of 59, surrounded by her children. Mom's memory will be cherished by her four children, Jason, Cameron, Melissa, and Sandy, along with her eight grandchildren. She also leaves behind her mother Violet, brother Wayne, and sisters Ruthanne and Nancy, along with extended family from her birthplace of Woodstock, Ontario. We would like to thank her close friends for being there for her throughout her battle, it meant so much to her and to us, thank you. Mom was so full of life and fought hard until the end, always holding on and never wanting to let go. We take comfort in knowing that she is with our Father in heaven and we will see her again. We would like to extend our gratitude to the St. Boniface Palliative Care Ward for their genuine care and compassion during her stay. She will be dearly missed and will remain forever in our hearts. "No life ends if it leaves a memory, remember me, then set me free!"
