WATKINS It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Charles Watkins on Monday, December 8, 2014 at the Misericordia Health Centre at the age of 92 years. A funeral service celebrating Charles' life will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald Street.
