Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALBERT JOHN KOLLINGER 1925 - 2014 On December 22, 2014 Albert Kollinger, beloved father and grandfather passed away at the age of 89 years. He will be sadly missed by son Peter of Winnipeg, daughter Carolyn (Allan) Ruecker of Edmonton, grandchildren Kenten, Kassandra, Kurt and Kyrstin of Edmonton. Albert was predeceased by his wife Theresia and brother Andreas. He was born in Sukoluvka, Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1948. He worked for Weidacher Stucco and Plaster and then Reliance Products until retirement. He was an active member of the Canadian German Society, St. Joseph's Catholic Club and Parochial Society for many years. He enjoyed bowling and playing cards with family and friends. Prayers will be held on Monday, December 29 at 6:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 30 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 355 Andrews St. Interment will follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Albert's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. 204-586-8044
