Colleen and Glenn have been our friends for many years. Our sons would play together when they were babies. Ben would steal Lliam's soother. Colleen was present at the birth of our third child. I will never forget receiving a phone call to meet up in Fargo to go to Wisconsin Dells for a camping trip. Our memories of Colleen will be always warm and friendly. We have no words to describe how much she will be missed. - Posted by: Kathleen and Robert Snow (Friend) on: Jan 14, 2015

My deepest condolences to her family. I had the pleasure of working with Colleen in several of her schools as well as working with her in her role as a Roots of Empathy Instructor. Outside of work Colleen and I had worked in the catechism program at St. Timothy Parish together, one year even teaching Ben's class. Her stories about her adventures always brought about her smile and great laugh. She would beam with pride when she talked about Ben. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. - Posted by: Gisele Charr (Co-worker Seine River School Division) on: Jan 12, 2015

We grew up knowing one another our entire life. Colleen had a love of life that so many of us wish we had. Though life led us down different paths, when we saw each other it was as if a day or two had only passed. She loved her family so much, and always took a moment to share a story or photo of them when we ran into each other. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of her family and friends. - Posted by: Wayne Inkster (friend) on: Jan 11, 2015

Dear Glen and Ben, I want you to know how much I will cherish the years your wife and mom shared her time with me, planning IEP meetings, and putting students first. Colleen, I can remember the first moment we met. We were new to Winnipeg and my son hardly spoke a word of English. Your smile, your laughter, your inclusion made our transition to life here just that more simpler. Your free spirit and your crazy laugh are forever imbedded in my memory. You will forever be missed my friend. To Glenn, Ben, and all of Colleen's family and friends we the De Pau family offer our condolences.
