Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOSCAR MCKAY May 20, 1944 January 16, 2015 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Dad, grandpa, great-grandpa, brother, and uncle, on January 16, 2015, with his family by his side. Left to mourn his passing are his daughters; Darlene (Mervin), Tammy (Melvin), Bernice, 14 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, sister; Helen Boucher and numerous relatives and friends. Oscar was predeceased by his loving wife; Olive, mother; Christine, brothers; Vincent and George, sisters; Doreen and Annabella, granddaughter; Marsha. Viewing will be held at Wheeler Funeral Home, 1800 Day St. January 22 from 7:00 p.m 10:00 p.m. Prayers at 8:00 p.m. Wake will be held at Duck Bay School, Duck Bay, MB. January 23 at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on January 24 at 10:00 a.m. at Duck Bay, St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Duck Bay Cemetery. Arrangements by Wheeler Funeral Home 1-204-224-1525.

Memories of Oscar in Duck Bay, playing cards, drinking tea, visiting family, telling jokes and stories.... worked for the City of Wpg until retirement providing for his wife and family....if you pop in @ the Assiniboine Downs or McPhillips Street Station....Oscar was there to meet you with a joke....
