Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • I would like to express my condolences. - Posted by: Bill McFarlin () on: Feb 21, 2015

  • My deepest sympathy to Garth's family. I had the pleasure of meeting with Garth on my two visits to Winnipeg in 2012 and 2013. What a nice guy he was and so proud of his family. God Bless you all at this most difficult time. - Posted by: Leighton Sayers, Toronto, ON (cousin) on: Feb 02, 2015

  • Uncle Garth. You fought long and hard and now your journey with us has ended. But now you will start a new journey with grandpa, grandma, my mom, Aunt Lea and Aunt Bonnie. Give them all a hug from all of us here. Will miss you lots Uncle Mouse. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Tabatha and John Henry (niece/newphew) on: Jan 28, 2015

  • Mouse was a great friend. He popped into my life several times through the years (often unexpectedly), in Winnipeg, in Regina and on the Island, always fun, sometimes comforting, and once a hero, hauling me out of a situation where I was stupid and in over my head. He fit in wherever, and with whomever. And he accepted everyone. I am so grateful to have had him in my life. I am sending good thoughts to his wife and kids and sibs as they say their goodbyes, and as Garth "floats into the mystic". - Posted by: Beverlee Orr-Shadbolt (friend) on: Jan 27, 2015

  • Uncle Mouse you are one of the strongest men I know. You fought so hard for so long. May you rest now and see your Mom, Dad and sisters. You will be missed by so many. We love you. Xoxo - Posted by: Sharla & Jay Tabonda (neice/nephew) on: Jan 27, 2015
