VIOLET EMELIA GILES Peacefully with family by her side, Vi passed away on January 26, 2015 at 11:40 p.m. at the age of 81. A celebration of mom's life will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Community Centre, 27 Overton Street. Longer obituary to follow on Thursday.

  • Vi was always a friendly, loving and caregiving woman. She always had a smile and would not pass up the opportunity to stop and chat. I will miss her, but still remember the last time I saw her and she looked so well. I regret not being able to attend the celebration of life which will be held on her behalf.
