Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARLENE E. AITKEN (KEHLER) On Thursday, January 22, 2015, surrounded by her loving family, Marlene passed away peacefully after a brief illness. Marlene is survived by her children Barbara Bezeau (Guy), Cheryl Posten (Denis) and Neil Aitken (Barbara), her eleven adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers Russ, Don, Lee and sister Doris. Her loving husband Bill predeceased her in 2010. Marlene's healthy and active lifestyle ended abruptly but she lived a rich and beautiful life. We are so very fortunate she was part of our lives. Many thanks to her amazing friends for their kindness and support during her illness. A special thank you to Doris for her wonderful care. A celebration of Marlene's life will be held in Victoria at Royal Colwood Golf Club on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 3:00- 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marlene's memory can be made to Bridges for Women Society (see CanadaHelps.org).
