DOREEN MAMROCHA March 28, 1931 - February 2, 2013 Two years have passed we had a loss Thank you Lord for helping us Precious memories you left with us to keep Your talk, your walk, your voice, your laughter They do not linger when we sleep Those piles of letters that we wrote Meant more than the world to me Because they held our hearts so close Nobody could break us free We met in Chipman, Alberta Seen all your fine work on the farm You cherished all of life's treasures Now you rest in Jesus' arm Those long letters paved our future They were like chainlinks of love That entwined us both together And form strong wings of a dove All kinds of work was your lifeline Never took time to relax You'd rather just keep on working Then take a short break to rest Every day my thoughts are with you Left without bidding goodbye Wishing you were still here with me But all I can do is sigh Standing alone by your grave dear Cool gentle breezes rush by Last words that I heard you utter "I do not want to die" I used to sit and wonder why The point of being around Work all your life, shed sweat and tears Then be buried in the ground But then of course I realized There's a beginning there's an end All living creatures and mankind Will in time have to defend Some day some say we'll meet again With all the angels divine We'll be together forever Forever you will be mine. Lovingly missed by your husband Casmir Mamrocha, sons Eugene (Donna) and Randy (Florence) and grandchildren, Kristina (Sam), Casmera and Michael.
