KEVIN (KEVA) LEGER It is with deep sadness that we share that Kevin (Keva) Leger passed away unexpectedly from pneumonia on February 14, 2015 at his home in Northern Ontario, where he was living with his girlfriend and infant daughter. A funeral service was held at Chesed Shel Emes in Winnipeg, Manitoba at 12:00 noon on February 17, 2015. He was born on November 25, 1979 in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he grew up. He attended Talmud Torah and Forest Park for elementary school, and Garden City Collegiate. Following in his father's footsteps, he enjoyed "playing hotel" as a child and later in his adult years was employed in the hospitality service industry. From a very young age Kevin's sense of humour and good heart was evident. He was determined to do things in his own way but always cared deeply and would do anything for his friends and family. He was a survivor of difficulties. Kevin leaves behind his parents Rita and Isak Leger, brother Michael Leger, half sister Yael, grandmothers Ethel Choch and Ethel Leger, his children, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other family and friends in Canada and abroad. For those wishing to make a charitable donation in his memory, please make donations to the Children's Wish Foundation. May he rest in peace.
