JEAN LUCIEN CLOUTIER 1939 - 2015 On February 15, 2015 Jean Cloutier passed away suddenly at the Victoria Hospital surrounded by his loving family and friends. Jean and Gail were blessed with three loving children, Mark, Michelle (1966 to 1993) and Tracy. Their family grew when Mark married Anne (Lavigne) and Tracy married Howard Burston. Jean and Gail's family said goodbye to their beloved Michelle on February 9, 1993.
