She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Ulric O'Neil. Lil is survived by sisters Grace Kitcher and Joyce Moreau and families; survived by children: Robert, Jim (Deb) and Maureen, five grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at West Kildonan Royal Canadian Legion, Main Street at Hartford Avenue, Winnipeg on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
