MATILDA HYDE (nee SAWATZKY) It is with broken hearts we sadly announce the passing of Matilda Hyde on February 23, 2015 at her home. Mom's passion was to bake and crochet, which she loved to share with her family and friends. Matilda was predeceased by her parents John and Margaret, brother Otto and sister Margaret. Matilda is survived by her children, Donna (Ken) Kabecz, Lucille Chambers, Marion (Don) Pryce, Gordon (Kathy) Hyde and Karen (Bob) Bates, along with 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by four brothers John (Lucille), Neil, Harry (Kathy), Ed (Denise) and sister Elizabeth (Paul) Marciniw as well as many nieces and nephews. Mom Always in our hearts Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service celebrating Matilda's life will be held on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 11:00am in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Avenue. Interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Heart & Stroke or charity of one's choice. VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME 204-668-3151
