TEDDY (TED) JENSEN 1951-2015 With broken hearts, our family announces the passing of Teddy. He was our rock, he was our right arm, he was our listening ear, and he was our someone to lean on. His kind and loving heart will be missed by all of those he leaves behind. Ted was predeceased by his parents, John and Elva, and his wife and love of over 40 years, Kerryann. He leaves behind his daughter Krista, son-in-law Jason, and grandchildren Lucas and Jenna. He also leaves behind his two brothers, four sisters and their families: John (Jenny), Karen (Paul), Tom (Val), Connie (John), Debbie, and Kimmie (Glen). Ted had many passions. He was born to be a cowboy. He was as comfortable on the back of a horse as he was in a speeding corvette, a small plane, or a boat. Ted loved everything about the water. He could sit for hours on the riverbank just listening and watching. If he could be a cowboy on the water, that would have been Ted's perfect life. Family and friends were very important to Ted. His passion for life and adventure only came second to his love for his family and friends. When he wasn't being a cowboy, he was meeting his brother for 6am coffee runs, talking to his family on the phone, going for breakfast at Sals, going to the movies with his nephew Jeff, or going down to Arizona to play golf with his sister and brother-in-law. Ted was a fighter. He was not afraid to work hard. He never gave up on anything he did or on anybody he loved. "Jeg elsker dig" Dad. You are forever missed. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 6 at 10:00 a.m. at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home 1291 McGillivray Boulevard. We met Ted when we purchased our tractor from him 5 years ago. Ted was genuine and caring and that made an impression. When we called him or visited Ted was always pleased to hear from us and we enjoyed our visits. Ted turned customers into friends. It was a shock today when we went to visit Ted and heard the sad news. Our sincere condolences to Ted's family and we are honoured to have had the pleasure of knowing you Ted. - Posted by: Dave and Janie (Customer) on: Jun 09, 2015

Ted was a patient at our office for the past 7 years, he always came into the office with a smile on his face and liked to joke around. He was very nice and had a happy attitude, we will miss his smiling face around here! Our condolences to his family. - Posted by: OFFICE OF DR ADRIAN LONG () on: Mar 16, 2015

Ted Jensen my friend will be missed greatly. He was the hardest working man I have ever met. He truly was a salesman. When you look up the meaning of salesman in the dictionary you would find a picture of Ted. The world has lost a genuine good person. He would give you the shirt off his back and not ask for it back. These past two weeks he wanted to meet for our usual Chinese food dinner before he went to Arizona to see his sister and golf. Unfortunately I had a severe infection and was not able to go out. I will miss our conversations and our breakfasts and dinners and the many runs he would make to Timmies his favorite coffee shop. He kept them in business. He always had a positive attitude no matter what and never gave up. I could go on and on about Ted but alas I will have etched in my mind our last outing together and saddened that we never had our last dinner. I could always count on a text from him asking if I was okay and when we could hook up. He loved going to see his daughter and grandchildren and Jason. He would speak of Jeff his nephew often. Ted you will be missed and I was honoured to have you as my friend. Rest in peace Ted until we meet again. Our condolences to his family and friends. Shalom buddy. - Posted by: Gregg & Deneen Swartz (Friend) on: Feb 28, 2015
