LINDSAY DODGE With great sadness the Dodge family announces the passing of James Lindsay Dodge. Lindsay was born on July 7, 1942 in Glenboro, Manitoba. He began his career at Trans Canada Airlines (later renamed Air Canada) in Winnipeg when he was 17 years old. Lindsay began working as a mail boy and worked up through the accounting department, baggage handling on the ramp and then transferred to Saskatoon in 1975 as a cargo agent. He completed his career in 1999 when he retired after 40 years of service. Lindsay met Maureen, the love of his life, in Winnipeg in 1963 and they celebrated 50 years of marriage on October 10 of last year. At age 40, one of Lindsay's greatest personal accomplishments was receiving his Business Administration Degree from the University of Saskatchewan, which he completed through night school. Lindsay and Maureen spent many years taking their three sons to hockey and ball games as Lindsay volunteered to coach and fill executive positions with minor hockey. Lindsay loved to socialize at the rinks and ball diamonds with everyone. His life was a life of being with his family and the people he loved. He will be dearly missed by his wife Maureen; sons Dan (Lisa), Kevin (Tracy) and Bill (Michelle); his grandsons Dawson, James, Eric, Hunter, Jake and Preston; sisters Eleanor (John) and Norma and his brother Bob (Marguarite). Lindsay was predeceased by his parents Edith and Bill Mac Rae and Roy and Jean Dodge. A Celebration of Lindsay's Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Windsor Chapel, (704 Windsor St., Saskatoon, SK).
