Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • My deepest condolences to all of Shirley's family. Shirley, Otto and the kids lived across the street from me for many years. Her and I went to bingo a few times. I remember the time my son had a wood tick embedded in the back of his neck and Shirley took it out for me. I hate those things, but not Shirley. I also remember all the sucker fish she would can. They tasted just like salmon after she finished with them. Great job Shirley. After she moved away to Teulon we kept in touch, but then she moved into Winnipeg again after Otto passed and we lost contact, but I thought of her often. She was a true lady, hard worker all her life and she will be missed dearly, by all who knew her. Rest in peace dear Shirley and give Howard a big hug for me when you get to Heaven. - Posted by: MARGARET WILKINS (OLD FRIEND FROM VIMY ROAD IN WINNIPEG. ) on: Mar 06, 2015
