A private family burial service will take place at Thomson "In The Park" Cemetery. A complete obituary will follow in the coming months, and will include details pertaining to a spring gathering to celebrate his life. Dear Joan, I was sad to read of Jack's passing in the March 14 edition of the Free Press. Although he had no memories of me as it was so long ago that I knew him, I remember him well for his friendly outgoing personality and his big smile. I am so sorry for your loss and I send my deepest sympathy to you, your family, as well as to Pat and Carol and their families. He certainly lived a long life and you all have many happy memories of him I'm sure. My thoughts are with you and please express my condolences to my very old friends - his daughters Pat and Carol.
