Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET ROSE LAVOIE June 10, 1929 - March 11, 2015 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother, Margaret Rose Lavoie (nee Dwernchuk) at age 85. Predeceased by her second husband Charlie Lavoie (2011), and her first husband Henry Andrew Chubey (1963). Survived by daughter Dawna (Rainer) and grandchildren Chloe, Serena, Viviane and Cornelia. Predeceased by her mother Doris Mokoid, and brother John Dwernchuk. Rose was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and has lived in British Columbia since 1963. Rose had a great memory and could captivate any audience with her incredible, detail oriented story-telling abilities. She will be forever remembered for her warm and outgoing personality. Her hobbies included knitting and outings with her grandchildren. We wish to thank the staff at Cavell Gardens Retirement Residence for their kindness and support over the last decade. As well we would like to thank her doctor Conrad Rusnak and community nurse Gisela Jaschke who so lovingly cared for Rose for the last 15 years. A Celebration of Life will be held in April.
