IVY MAY LEBLANC Ivy May LeBlanc (nee Craig), precious mother, grandmother, baba and sister passed away peacefully in the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 85. Ivy was predeceased by her husband Cyrille, and parents William and Lillian Craig. She leaves to cherish her memory, her five children: Heather LeBlanc, Maureen (Darryl) Lussier, Cindy (Denis) Laroche, Brian (Angie) and Darcy (Laura); nine grandchildren: Yvonne (Scott) and Sean, Matthew (Nikki) and Kyra (Dean), Kyle and Tyler, Christopher (Jessee-Lee) and Michael, and Hailee. She also leaves three great-grandchildren Milla, Koral and Elliana, her brother Allan, sister Verna, and many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Ivy was born in Winnipeg, MB on August 19, 1929. After graduating from nursing school, her career took her to many places. One of them being Snow Lake, where she met her loving husband and began their wonderful life raising their children together. Ivy had a special love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her hugs, laughter and angelic whistling songs will be missed. The family would like to thank the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital Dialysis Unit for their continued care and compassion with Ivy over the last six plus years. Funeral service will be held Friday, March 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mars Hill Community Church (1400 Pembina Highway) with a reception to follow.
