Growing up with Cecil was a learning experience. I learned that respect was gained at a much higher level by being humble, kind, honest and working hard without complaints. These were the values that were instilled in Cecil. Growing up in Vogar in conditions that many now would describe as abject poverty, NEVER ONCE did this man complain. We were childhood buddies and I will never ever forget him. Keep smiling my dear friend ..... Until we meet again, Chip. - Posted by: Linden Johnson (childhood friend) on: Mar 29, 2015
