Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANK GALLAGHER It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Frank, aged 73, on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre in Upper Nappan, Nova Scotia. Born October 3, 1941 in Longford, Ireland, he was the son of the late Martin and Margaret (McCormack) Gallagher arriving in Canada March 17, 1952. After spending many years in and working for the Military, Frank and his wife, Jackie, retired in Winnipeg and then moved to Tidnish. He is survived by his wife, Jackie (nee Chapman); son, Kevin (Tanya), Winnipeg, MB; sisters, Patricia and Anne Gallagher both of Bedford, NS; brother, Dermot (Liisa) Lunenburg, NS; granddaughter, Breanne; grandson, Aidan; sisters- in- law, Joan (Bob) MacInnis and Kathy Chapman; brother in-law, Paul (Michele) Chapman; as well as several nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by his parents; and his sister, Brenda Gallagher. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Campbell's Funeral Home, Amherst, NS (902-667-9906). No services by request. Memorial donations in Frank's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Children's Wish Foundation. Remembering Frank....from our 1st days in Winnipeg, at the bowling and then later working with at the kiosk. Frank always had a smile and was more than willing to help out.
