ARLINE ROSEMAN It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Arline passed away on March 31, 2015. She leaves to cherish her memory and mourn her passing her beloved husband, Norman, sons Mark (Pauline) and Ian (Dina), adoring granddaughter, Brooke, and sister Penny Gottlieb. She is deeply loved and will be missed. Arline was born in Winnipeg, graduated from West Kildonan Collegiate, and obtained her B.A. from the University of Manitoba. After graduating, she entered the teaching profession, spending her first teaching years in the Transcona-Springfield School Division. When her children came long she stayed home to nurture them and only returned to work when her sons entered school themselves, teaching English and French for almost twenty years in the Seven Oaks School Division at Jefferson, Ken Seaford, and H.C. Avery schools. She found time to raise her two sons, together with Norman, teach, involve herself in extracurricular activities, such as yearbook, and study, earning both B.Ed. and M.Ed. degrees from the University of Manitoba. She enjoyed a variety of activities including MTC, book club, going to Bomber games, and especially the Jets. Special thanks to the staff at Victoria Hospital for their efforts to keep her comfortable in those final days. Any donations to Arline's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
