Manuel is survived by his loving wife Liduina; son Arlindo and brother Jose (Lucia) Borges who resides in the Acores along with extended family. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, April 14 at 8:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. N.
