To my dearest friends Elliott, Alissa, Elan and family. I just came across this obituary and was deeply saddened to learn that your loving wife and mother had passed. Zelda was a positive light in our lives when we lived next door to her and Elliott for 5 years on Kingston Crescent. During our time as neighbours, we frequently visited with each other, went for boat rides, shared stories, got together for family events. We got to know the grandkids and their successes very well. I know she was a very proud grandmother. I am so grateful to have known Zelda and will miss her beautiful smile that she greeted me with every time I saw her. Even after leaving Manitoba, on our trips back we stop in to visit and still that same smile. She was an amazing person and I am so very sorry for your loss.
