Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCARRIE GRACE SWIFT "Mum, you have earned your trumpet in heaven." On Thursday, April 16, 2015 our beloved mother and grandmother Carrie Swift, aged 91 years, peacefully passed away at Deer Lodge Centre. She was predeceased by her husband Doug and daughter Linda. She is survived by three sons: Brian (Fern), Fred (Sandra) and Greg (Mona). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Rob, Garry, Janice, Rachael, Amber, Alyson, Tannis, Troy, Chelsea and eleven great-grandchildren. Cremation has already taken place. A private service will follow. Many thanks to the staff of 4E Deer Lodge Centre for their kind and thoughtful care to mum. Brian & Fern, Fred & Sandra, Greg & Mona. We are glad we got to visit with you last year and we kept Carrie in our thoughts and prayers, since then. Always enjoyed our visits with your mum and dad, though not as frequent as they should have been and we were always welcomed with open arms. Death is the golden key that opens the palace of eternity (Milton). Know she is finally at peace. Grandma I will miss you a lot, we did some fun stuff with the family, the Swifts. We would go out picking berries in the summer time in Portage, only if it wasn't raining out. We did lots of bbqing at the house, all the Swifts it was vary fun.
