First off, My deepest condonlences to the Turnbull family. It is with sadness I read about the passing of Hugh. He was an amazing man to work for, and I was grateful for the many things he taught me. I do owe many of my work ethics to him. He was a good leader and an inspiration to me. One of my favorite lines from him, and I continue to use it today was, "First time is a mistake, second time is a screw up, I dont want to see screw ups" (edited version).
