MARY MEYERS On Monday, April 20, 2015 at the Grace Hospital, Mary, beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother passed away at the age of 95 years. Mary leaves to mourn, daughter Louise, sons Alan and Michael, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Ed (Midge), granddaughter Carol-Anne and brothers Martin and John. Mom was an active and long-life member of St. John Cantius' Church. She also sang in the choir and was a member of the Women's Catholic League. For the past five years she resided at Lions Manor and enjoyed her friendships while living there. She will be missed. Mom loved her family and thoroughly enjoyed cooking meals, and all of our family gatherings. Those memories will be cherished forever. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, April 25 at 1:00 p.m. at St. John Cantius' Parish, 846 Burrows Ave. with Rev. Msgr. Stanislaus A. Jaworski, P.H. officiating. I am so saddened to have found out so late at this time. Aunt Mary as she was known to me, had always opened her home and heart to the few visits I was fortunate to make.
