Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryISABEL DESCHENES (nee ANDRUSYK) 1913 - 2015 Peacefully Mom passed away on April 20, 2015, at the age of 102. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Maurice (1990), sons in law (2005), parents Stephan and Mary as well as her brothers and sisters. She leaves to mourn her sister Irene Ross in Campbell River, BC as well as many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by daughters Linda and Therese; grandchildren Jonathan and Sahara; four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Mom will be lovingly remembered in all our Hearts. The family wish to say a special thank you to Mary and Pam and everyone on the 3rd Floor at Beacon Hill Lodge for the care and compassion shown to Mom over the years. At Mom's request a private family service was held P.S. "Give your Loved ones a Hug." In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Manitoba or to a charity of your choice. I would like to thank God for my Aunty Isabel. She and I visited with each other when she lived in her apartment on Sherbrook and at Beacon Hill Lodge. I truly enjoyed our conversations. She talked a lot about her grandchildren. She loved them very much. I now live in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I received a phone call in the evening of April 26th from my son Christopher who shared with me the sad news of my Aunty Isabel passing away. God has blessed her with life of 102 years. That to me is an accomplishment in this life time. She is now resting till the day of Jesus Christ's Second Coming. May all of you be comforted by God's loving arms around you at this sorrowful time.
