Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAULINE DORA WOLOSHYN July 5, 1952 - April 24, 2015 After a brief illness, Pauline Woloshyn of Edmonton, AB passed away on April 24, 2015. She is lovingly remembered by her husband Pete (Edmonton), son Reece, daughter-in-law Charlotte, grandsons Owen and Cody (all from Dapp, AB), son Kelly (Edmonton, AB), and sister Ronalda Smith, Kevin Smith and niece Samantha (Elma, MB). Pauline was predeceased by her mother Helen Atamanchuk (nee Slobodian), father Samuel, and brother Marvin. Pauline grew up in Great Falls, MB, Winnipeg and Elma, MB. She married Pete Woloshyn on May 6, 1978. They moved to Regina, SK where they had two sons, later moving back to Winnipeg and finally Edmonton where they lived since 1998. Pauline was a devoted wife and mother, however she excelled at being a grandmother "BABA" to her two grandsons Owen and Cody. Her sons and grandsons meant the world to her. Pauline was a warm and caring person who made friends instantly. She always had a positive attitude no matter how bad things got. When she had her knee replacement she would refer to herself as the "Bionic BABA". Pauline loved to travel, enjoying cruises to Mexico and the Caribbean. Everyone who knows her will miss her greatly. Our lives will continue with a little less laughter, a few less hugs, but they are replaced by warm memories that will last a lifetime. Time and memories are the two most precious gifts you will ever get....and the two most precious gifts you can ever give. Thanks for some wonderful memories Pauline A celebration of her life will be held at the Association of United Ukrainian Hall, 591 Pritchard Ave., Winnipeg, MB on Friday, May 8 at 1:00 p.m.

Pauline was truly a one of kind person. Pauline had a way of lightening up a room with her smile and through her laugh. With many fond memories, remembering the way Pauline always had a smile for everyone who she encountered and the way her eyes lit up when she shared her one of a kind laugh and a smile. She always had a way of making everyone feel welcome. She will be missed by all who knew her. Peter, Kelly, Reece and Charlie and family, you are in our thoughts.
