• Rest in Peace Maryann. I had the pleasure of meeting Maryann when she opened Buttercup Beauty Bar beside us on Academy Road. She was such a warm, kind person and what I remember most about her is how she treated her employees. She was always looking out for them. If she didn't have enough hours to give them, she would call me to see if I needed help or if I knew of someone. I also remember working with her at a golf tournament in the pouring rain and Maryann still looked beautiful and so put together. You should be proud of raising such an amazing soul. • Maryann took me under her wing and taught me a lot. I was growing up and sometimes stubborn as her employee but she saw the potiental and helped me.
