JACQUELINE CLAIRE MARIE MAXON (nee MYALL) December 22, 1954 - North Battleford, Saskatchewan May 11, 2015 - Calgary, Alberta Surrounded by the love of her family and close friends, Jackie, beloved wife of Percy Maxon, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in North Battleford, SK, Jackie moved with her family to Selkirk, MB at a young age, where she enjoyed her school years and many activities. Jackie and Percy were married in 1975 and started their family in Lockport, MB, before settling in Calgary, AB, in 1993. Jackie retired in July 2014 after and long and successful career where she took great pride in her accomplishments, made life-lasting friendships and mentored many colleagues along the way. Jackie's greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren, who she absolutely adored and making beautiful memories with them that will last a lifetime. Jackie and Percy created a loving home for their family and friends. They loved to entertain and there was always room at "Chez Maxon". Jackie's passion for life included travelling, golf, cooking, gardening, shopping and enjoying time with their many friends. She will always be remembered for her generosity, her thoughtfulness and her warm smile that would light up the room. Jackie is survived by Percy, her beloved husband of 39 years; her daughter, Krista (Kris) and their children, Parker and Brooklynn; and her daughter Lindsay (Jon) and their children, Chase and Logan. She also leaves behind her siblings, Maurice, Phyllis, Penny, Roger, Ron, Mike and Rick; her husband's siblings, Ruth, George, Glen and Donna, and their spouses, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jackie was predeceased by her parents, Cyril and Adrienne Myall, her mother-in-law Edna Maxon and her brother-in-law Keith Maxon. • Percy, Krista and family Jackie will be dearly missed. A very good friend whom I had lots and lots a laugh with. She would simply say things the way they were. Across the miles, we would talk as if we were living next door to each other. That smile of hers and the sense of humour will be with me forever. Please accept my condolences. My thoughts are with you. - Posted by: Lyse M. Daigle (past co worker and friend) on: May 19, 2015
