Dear Warren. We are saddened to hear of Sylvia's passing. She was a wonderful person. She had a beautiful smile, and always cheerful. Jefferson and my son David were always getting into trouble as young kids, and I will never forget those days. Warren, you were a great inspiration as a husband always by her side, and as a father and Boys Brigade leader. Our prayers are with you today as we remember the good old days, and how time flys. Take care Warren. I know it's hard to take, but we will see her again soon. I can't wait. Clarence and Vera Wiebe - Posted by: Clarence and Vera Wiebe (Friends) on: May 20, 2015

Warren, I was so very sorry to hear of Sylvia's passing - can hardly believe it. I heard about it last Friday and was told Saturday morning that the funeral was at 11 that morning and I had a commitment at 11:30 I could not change. I am so happy that I ran into the two of you recently and had a chance to "catch up" a bit. I was surprised then to see her in a wheelchair. Sylvia and I grew up in Calvary Temple and I will always remember her warm smile and her love for the Lord, and for her, faith has now become sight. My prayers are with you and your family. The way things are going in this world, I believe with all my heart that it won't be long before we see her again. - Posted by: Marilyn Wedlake (Friend) on: May 19, 2015

Sylvia had a kind word for everyone. She was sad with me when I was sad and she laughed with me when I was laughing. I have never known anyone like her. Warren, we grieve with you and are praying for strength and the salve that only the Holy Spirit can give you. Lawrence & Erma - Posted by: Erma Bergen-Glowasky (friend) on: May 17, 2015

Remembering your loved one and praying for the Lord to comfort you with His great love and the promise of a joyful reunion. Sincere condolences to Warren and family in the loss of your loved one. Sylvia was a friend starting back in the days when we lived in Balmoral. We attended the same one-room country school and as good friends had many sleep-overs at each other's place. I have many wonderful memories. I attended Bible College in Edmonton for three years and when I was in my 2nd year she came and attended her first and only year; she was my room mate during that year. We had many wonderful life experiences. When I got married, she was also one of my bridesmaids. She's a very special person and I love her dearly. She will be missed. - Posted by: Carol Coleman (Friend) on: May 15, 2015
