SHELLEY HARRIS On Sunday, May 10, 2015, Shelley Harris peacefully passed away with her loving husband Robert at her side. Shelley is survived by her Husband Robert, daughter Barbara (David), three sisters, Gail (Ed), Deb, Bonny (Les), and Brother Jack (Betty), as well as many family and friends. Sadly she left us far too soon, she will be missed every day. In respect of Shelley's wishes no funeral service will be held. I'm Free Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free, I'm following the path God laid for me. I took his hand when I heard his call, I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work and play. Tasks left undone must stay that way, I've found that peace at close of day. Since my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My Life's been full, I savoured much, Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch, Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, Don't lengthen now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and share with me, God wanted me now, He set me free. We love you dearly, and will miss you always!

  • Dear Uncle Bobby and Barbara my heartfelt condolences to both of you. Aunty Shelley will be dearly missed by many. Her boisterous personality, her loving heart, her infectious laughter are only a few of the qualities that made her such a special person. She was always smiling and laughing even in the bad times and her jokes were the best. I'm sorry I hadn't seen her in so long but I still thought of all of you quite often. Uncle Bobby she was your soulmate and I'm sure you are totally lost without her. Just remember that she is now with more family and making all of them laugh now. She is at peace and missing you and Barb waiting now for the day when you will all be together again. Know that she loved both of you more than life itself and she showed you in more ways than one that love. Keep the memories alive and let them help you with your healing. Love you both very much and big hugs to you both. You are in my thoughts and prayers. - Posted by: Michelle Beaucage (Longtime family friend) on: May 18, 2015

  • She was a kind woman and a great mother. She along with my mom taught me a lot of things from being polite to treating others with respect. She was always a positive person even when times were tough. Thank you for everything you have given us. I know my mom will be happy to see you again. Sleep well, you shall be missed but never forgotten. - Posted by: Scott Craig (friend) on: May 16, 2015
