ELEANOR FOGEL (nee ARRON) It is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Eleanor Fogel at the age of 83. Predeceased by her parents Jack and Annette, Eleanor was born in Winnipeg and raised in Regina. It was in Winnipeg where she met the love of her life Max Fogel, with whom she celebrated 62 glorious years of marriage without one argument. Together they raised three wonderful children. An avid baker and cook, Eleanor greeted the world with a smile on her face and a freezer full of goodies. Her memories are imbued in the recipes she passed on to her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly mourned by her husband Max, children Richard (Alison), Bruce (Renee), and Francine (Gary). Her grandchildren Jordan, Alanna (Shaun), Cory, Jayda, Genevieve, Mariel, as well as great-grandchildren Brooke and Madison shall sorely miss her. In lieu of flowers, her family asks that donations be made to the Manitoba Cancer Society.

To Max and family, My Sincere condolences, I was so glad to have had a chance to visit her even for a short time the day before she passed. She was like a second Mom to me. She was a caring, loving person. She will be dearly miss. - Posted by: Arlene Banilbo and family (Friend) on: May 20, 2015

Bruce, Renee, and your siblings Bruce, Parents devote so much of their lives to us. If they have been good to us, when it is their time of need we give back. I know from Renee how devoted you have been in your Mom's time of illness along with Rene. I am so sorry to hear of Eleanor's passing, yet glad that the discomfort and pain is over, and she has passed into peace. May you have happy memories and now be able to devote your time to happy living. Love always, Cheryl - Posted by: Cheryl Sorokin (friend Bruce and Rene Fogel and Family) on: May 18, 2015
